Nurseplus has an opportunity for a Healthcare Supervisor Lead to join our homecare team in Exeter. If you have experience in community care work and are now looking for supervision and management experience, this could be the role for you.

Our Healthcare Supervisors are predominantly based out in the community, taking responsibility for ensuring our service users receive the care and support they expect and deserve. You will conduct assessments, write care plans, and review their delivery on a regular basis, liaising directly with the Service User throughout the service's duration.

The key responsibilities of this role include assessing the care needs of new service users, undertaking risk and manual handling assessments, updating assessments annually or following significant changes, writing care plans that reflect the needs of the service user, and maintaining an effective quality assurance management system.

We are seeking a skilled professional with a Full UK Driving License, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. You should also have strong assessment skills, written skills, and the ability to work on own initiative. Additional requirements include being well-organised, willing to embrace change, and having a positive attitude to meet and exceed targets.
