Healthcare Education Lead

We are currently seeking a talented Clinical Workforce Development Manager to lead the development of our clinical workforce within the Faculty of Healthcare, Childcare and Public Services.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing the clinical curriculum, including the Higher Technical Education programmes.
You will work closely with our NHS and healthcare partners to ensure effective collaboration and manage the work of a dedicated team of placement officers.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to contribute to the development of the clinical workforce through education and advance their career in an Ofsted Outstanding College.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
