Job Title: PMO Manager

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join our dynamic team at Card Factory. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure effective portfolio delivery
  • Promote best practices in project management, including kanban, backlogs, JIRA, and financial reporting
  • Support project/programme budget delivery and maintain the PMO as the 'single source of truth' for all projects
  • Embed and coach project control and governance, conduct root cause analysis, and log lessons learned
  • Manage cross-programme dependencies, assist with project planning, and liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Identify and support initiatives needing additional resources or governance, and manage delivery process systems
Requirements:
  • Strong organisation, project, and time management skills
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively and customer-focused, prioritizing customer needs
  • Manage projects to meet time, cost, and deliverable targets, and ensure client sign-off at each project stage
  • Adhere to legal, regulatory, and best practice compliance, and role model with high standards, leading by example
  • Deep understanding of PMO, PPM processes, and best practices, and extensive experience in the project development life cycle
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
