Job Title: Head of Marketing and Communications

Join Russell-Cooke as a key member of our Marketing and Business Development team, responsible for leading and driving the firm's internal and external communications, website, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy to enhance the firm's brand and reputation.
  • Manage a small team and provide leadership and guidance to ensure effective delivery of marketing communications activity.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Business Development, Head of Business Development, and other senior stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
  • Oversee the performance, content, and development of the firm's website and digital channels, including SEO, PPC campaigns, and Google Analytics.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy to support the firm's brand and business objectives, including written, audio, and visual content.
  • Manage external supplier relationships, including PR, website, SEO, and design agencies.
  • Apply a business and commercial lens to marketing activity to ensure a BD focus that supports the firm's growth agenda.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
