Head of Marketing Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing Communications to join our team at Totum Partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage our firm's strategic and day-to-day marketing communications, enhancing internal and external communications, digital channels, brand identity, PR, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement firm-wide communications aligned with strategic goals, ensuring a cohesive visual identity and supporting the HR team on employer branding initiatives.
  • Oversee PR, directories, awards, and rankings, managing the firm's reputation and corporate messaging, and lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content across all platforms (written, audio, video) to support business growth.
  • Act as the firm's brand guardian, managing digital strategy, and leading the Marketing Communications Team.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers (PR, SEO, design agencies), ensuring ROI on all marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with experience in marketing communications in a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record in content creation, digital marketing, and brand management, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, and managing external suppliers and agencies, including PR and SEO firms.
