We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Manager to join our team at Maxwell Stephens Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of our Help Desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day Help Desk operations, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
- Lead and support Help Desk staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Managing Director to improve processes and team performance.
- Interview and train new and existing staff, and report on key performance metrics.
