As a key member of the NHS Scotland team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality General Practice education and support within the West region of the Scotland Deanery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating specialist training for General Practice for the Ayrshire and Arran GP Training Programme
  • Providing support for GP Trainees and Educational Supervisors (ESs)
  • Supporting ESs via local trainers groups, skills development for established ESs, and helping trainees in need of additional support

Requirements:

  • Experience in General Practice education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
