Job Opportunity: HR and Operations Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST). As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our HR and Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for HR, operations, facilities, and governance administration
  • Assist with the management of our CRM, membership database, and HRIS systems
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
