We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our team based at Head Office in Wigan with regular travel to further UK sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in HR and be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder relationship skills.

The role involves leading on Employee Relations casework, including disciplinary, capability, grievances, performance management and attendance & time keeping.

You will work closely with a second Regional People Partner and report directly into the Head of People.

The company offers a competitive salary up to £40,000 plus discretionary annual bonus, making this an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in HR as a People Partner, Senior HR Advisor or HR Advisor.
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills and ability to work effectively with Operational Managers.
  • Experience of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • CIPD qualified or on the journey to becoming fully qualified.
  • Strong current knowledge of employment law and legislation and how to apply it in a commercial setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
