Community Health Physiotherapy Lead

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of cancer care and services in the UK. We are seeking a Community Health Physiotherapy Lead to join our team in providing expert physiotherapy care to older adults with cancer and frailty.
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive physiotherapy management plans, ensuring safe and effective care for patients. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, including oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care.
This role requires a strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and evidence-based practice. You will be expected to maintain accurate patient records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to research and audit projects.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need a BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy, State Registration with the Health Care Professions Council, and postgraduate study. Significant post-registration experience in a senior physiotherapy role within rehabilitation, frailty, and/or oncology is essential. You will also have coaching and training skills, experience in writing policies, and leadership training.
