We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated physiotherapist to join our medical therapy team at Manchester Royal Infirmary. About the Role
  • This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • The successful candidate will have experience working across various clinical areas, demonstrating effective assessment, treatment, and discharge planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

  1. To provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients within the acute medical specialties, including renal, acute, emergency, and older person's medicine.
  2. To work closely with the Frailty team, developing therapy provision and contributing to service developments.
  3. To participate in interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary team working, promoting a collaborative approach to patient care.

Requirements

  • A recognised BSC Honours degree in physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • State registration via Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Evidence of relevant postgraduate training, including attendance at specialist courses.
