Job Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and needs
  • Developing and implementing effective account plans to drive business growth
  • Creating and managing 90-day objectives and 30-day sprints to achieve client objectives
  • Identifying upsell opportunities within the client base and preparing proposals to pitch these to clients
  • Being the voice of the client internally to ensure their brand, proposition, tone of voice, and personas are reflected in all work
