Job Title: School Site Manager

Job Summary:

TeacherActive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Site Manager to join our team. As a School Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the school has a safe and efficient working environment and infrastructure for its employees, pupils, and their activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the school has a safe and efficient working environment and infrastructure for its employees, pupils, and their activities.
  • Ensure school/trust policies, processes, and procedures are followed at all times and that school sites are fully compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Provide reactive and proactive maintenance support to the school and school team, school security, and maintaining a safe school environment.
  • Established trade skills in property maintenance.
  • Be independent, self-managed, and self-motivated.
  • Be IT literate.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be organized, able to use your own initiative, and take pride in the academy environment.
  • Lead maintenance projects and liaise with contractors working for the academy.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery is maintained at all times.
  • Be flexible, friendly, and hard-working.
