Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at HK Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of construction personnel, including site managers, engineers, and laborers.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work is carried out to the required standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all site personnel adhere to health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Site Administration: Manage site records, including site reports, quality control records, and health and safety records.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Site Supervisors Safety Training Qualification (SSSTS) or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Qualities: A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and a willingness to work away from home on a regular basis.
