Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to lead our contract operations in Derry, Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff resources, organize work, and monitor progress to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective completion of projects
- Coordinate and manage supply chain relationships
- Liaise with management, QS department, stores personnel, and clients on contract matters
Requirements:
- Experienced in the Construction Industry with a background in Social Housing Maintenance
- Prior experience in a Leadership Role and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft applications
