About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Ty Gwyn Hall in Abergavenny, Wales. As a qualified RMN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to service users with a range of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
  • Support and mentor colleagues to promote positive teamwork
  • Record and report service user changes and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • NMC registration
  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • Strong team-working skills
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
