About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Director of Social Care Operations to lead and support our children's and adults' services. Reporting directly to the Director of Social Care, you will play a critical role in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC and OFSTED regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for both children's and adults' services, ensuring high-quality care delivery across all operational areas.

• Role model strong and effective relationship building with all stakeholders within and outside of the organization.

• Work closely with and provide support to Service Managers, helping them maintain operational excellence and compliance with OFSTED and CQC standards.

• Monitor, evaluate, and develop care services, ensuring that they consistently meet regulatory requirements and exceed standards in quality, safety, and service delivery.

• Lead on safeguarding practices across services, ensuring robust policies and procedures are in place.
