About the Role:

Care Assistants at Hallandhouse are an integral part of our care team, providing vital support to adults with learning disabilities. As a Care Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care plans, ensuring each individual feels safe, comfortable, and independent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment
  • Foster independence and promote social inclusion
  • Collaborate with the care team to meet residents' needs

Working Hours:
  • Two week rolling rota (22.5 hours pw)
  • Weekend working required
