About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to join our thriving IT Managed Services sales team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to sell our IT managed services product set and wider proposition to current accounts and new business prospects in both the Care Industry and B2B marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing current IT Services clients
- Identifying new business opportunities with potential clients
- Cold Calling and Lead Hunting
- Overseeing selling Software as a Service
- Using current customer base to increase average revenue per customer
- Developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Collaborating with the marketing team to identify market trends and tailor offerings
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
- Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicating terms to stakeholders
- Expanding new revenue streams and increasing market share
About You
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager with an in-depth understanding of selling and managing IT/Software Services. You will have a proven sales management experience and track record of successfully achieving targets set. You will be excellent in customer service, capable in building and nurturing customer relationships, commercially aware, and familiar with generating new business in a B2B environment.
