About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at M3 Global Research. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, delivering successful campaigns, and maximizing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships through regular close contact, including face-to-face meetings, telephone, and email communication.
  • Managing a portfolio of customers in conjunction with senior sales leads, gaining an in-depth understanding of their business issues and how M3 can help address them.
  • Taking sole responsibility for generating revenue in a small portfolio of accounts with a combined target of up to £150k.
  • Maintaining a detailed understanding of your account portfolio.
  • Developing and maintaining thorough account plans for each customer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounts and relationships for multiple customers and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered along with a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, participation in a company bonus scheme, group life cover, pension contributions, vitality health insurance, staff discount scheme, and discounted gym membership.
