Job Description:

As an Inventory Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our engineers have the necessary tools, parts, and equipment at the right time and place to deliver a great service to our customers. Your main tasks will include sourcing and ordering equipment and tools, managing inventory, processing invoices, and updating records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and ordering equipment and tools
  • Managing inventory and stock levels
  • Processing invoices and warranties
  • Updating records and reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in electrical, plumber wholesaler, builders merchants, or similar supplier-based industry
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and database skills) with ability to learn new software systems
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Comfortable with manual handling
  • Valid UK driving license for occasional site deliveries

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary: £32,000 per annum
  • Generous benefits package, including 25 days holiday per annum and pension scheme
