About the Job

We are looking for an Organizational Change Lead with 4-6 years' experience delivering people-related change support in a digital and business transformation context. You will be responsible for strategic planning, organizational design, and workforce planning. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area and fluency in a second European language are essential qualifications.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days of Annual leave, pension matching contribution up to 10%, and private medical scheme.
