**Job Summary**

MW Appointments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our expanding Corporate Commercial Team in Colchester. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of clients in collaboration with Client Directors and Account Executives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to support business growth and retention.
  • Work closely with the Account Executive to ensure effective client communication and strategy development.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive terms and negotiate with insurers to deliver excellent terms, cover, and service for clients.
  • Produce high-quality reports and summaries to support client relationships.
  • Ensure timely and accurate premium collection and processing.
  • Prioritize and handle all work promptly and accurately, meeting service standards.
  • Record all relevant information, correspondence, and documentation on Acturis and utilize the diary system effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' commercial experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market.
  • Qualified to a minimum of Cert CII (or gain the qualification within 18 months of joining).

About the Role:

  • Permanent position with a competitive salary between £25,000 - £45,000.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
