Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, managing their insurance portfolios, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Research and analyze client requirements to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide recommendations
- Manage client reporting and ensure timely submission of proposals
- Liaise with the marketing department to present proposal documents to clients
- Proven track record of building strong, professional relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hardworking, self-motivated approach
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We are open to considering recent graduates with 1 year+ professional experience or those who have recently completed a business apprenticeship who are passionate about starting or growing their career in the insurance industry.
Please note that due to the office location, you will need your own transport.
