We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Services Counsel to join our team in London. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality regulatory law advice to clients across a range of sectors, including investment banking, asset management, and payments.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services regulation, including compliance, perimeter, and transactional support. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

In terms of compensation, we offer a salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • To advise clients on a broad range of aspects across financial services regulation, including compliance, perimeter, asset management, regulatory change, and transactional support.
  • To work closely with other teams to deliver high-quality advice to clients.
