About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bids Administrator to join our team at Tate. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Bid Manager in the preparation, submission, and administration of bids.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Bid Manager in the day-to-day activities, including commercial enquiries, bid administration, and CRM management.
  • Monitor commercial activity and leads, ensuring the Bid Manager is updated on relevant developments.
  • Assist with the set-up, development, and on-going use of the CRM system.
  • Facilitate and contribute to the Bid/No Bid process, including commercial and contractual assessments.
  • Assist with the administration, preparation, and submission of bids and proposals.
  • Manage the Supplier Tender Registrations spreadsheet and ensure all required information is up to date.
  • Support the Bid Manager with populating Project Control Documents (PCDs) at Opportunity and Bid stages.
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within bids and contracts.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and other databases.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Own transport is essential due to the location.
