About the Role

We are seeking a talented Geography Development Lead to support the next stage of development at our academy. This role requires a dedicated individual who can contribute to shaping geography provision and developing an outstanding school.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with our strong geography department to develop innovative teaching practices and improving student attainment. You will also be expected to effectively manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

In return, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to regular professional development and coaching for every teacher. Benefits include twice as many training days as standard, weekly staff training, protected co-planning time, and more.
