As a nurse with our organization, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, administering medication, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Valid NMC registration
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Adept in using clinical equipment and administering medication
  • Ability to document and communicate effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in and lead a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing resident needs

In addition to the above qualifications, we require the following:

  • DBS check
  • PIN Number
  • National insurance number
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience is essential
  • Health and social care relevant trainings
  • Manual Handling Practical training
