Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered General Nurse to join our Homeless Rough Sleepers Nursing Team in Mendip, Somerset. This challenging yet rewarding role requires flexibility and adaptability as you work with vulnerable individuals to improve their lifestyle and overall health.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to people who are homeless or rough sleeping across Somerset.
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies and individuals to engage with local communities and promote a holistic approach to addressing wider determinants of health.
  • Develop and implement appropriate healthcare plans to meet the needs of service users.
  • Contribute to the development of the team by undertaking relevant training and working autonomously.

Requirements

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
