**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Special Needs Learning Facilitator to join our team at Social Care and Education Jobs. As a facilitator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to learners with special needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, with experience working with learners with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD. You will be required to plan and deliver Functional Skills Maths and English lessons, develop high-quality teaching materials, and provide comprehensive marking and written feedback.

This is a permanent position, with a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum. The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including 10 weeks paid holiday per year, a Vitality Health package, and a Royal London Pension Scheme.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality educational support to learners with special needs
  • Plan and deliver Functional Skills Maths and/or English lessons
  • Develop high-quality teaching materials and schemes of learning
  • Provide comprehensive marking and written feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching Qualification (e.g. PGCE)
  • Experience working with learners with special needs
