We are seeking an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join our Support and Safeguarding Service. As part of our leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping a positive impact on families, contributing to our mission of empowering families and protecting futures.
The ideal candidate will have a social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience in a leadership or supervisory role. A level 4 management qualification is preferable, along with at least 3 years' experience of working in children and families' social care.
You will be instrumental in leading the dedicated team to enhance the delivery of the five 'Every Child Matters' outcome. Your dedication will drive positive change and shape a brighter future for those in need.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £51,418 - £53,741, inclusive of a 15% market supplement payment. You will also benefit from comprehensive training, development opportunities, and flexible work arrangements.
