Are you a skilled and empathetic social worker passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children? Do you have a DipSW or equivalent qualification and 2+ years of UK Social Worker experience?

We are seeking a Safeguarding Lead for Children in Need to join our Entrust Social Care Ltd team. This role requires HCPC registration, a current DBS, and a valid driving license.

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will lead our team in ensuring child safety and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting timely assessments and developing outcome-focused care plans
  • Undertaking care proceedings within court timescales
  • Initiating and completing care plans to achieve permanency plans for children
  • Addressing risk complexities and intervening as needed

The estimated salary for this role is around £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay rates and weekly payroll, we offer access to online training worth £500/year and a supportive work environment.
