About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Reviewing Officer to join our expanding Child Protection Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services for children, young people, and their families.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you'll work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams to provide expert oversight and reviewing services, driving strengths-based practice and culture within our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality review and oversight of child protection cases to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements;">
  • Leading the implementation of our Family Safeguarding Model and promoting its principles within our organization;">
  • Collaborating with partner agencies to deliver effective services for children, young people, and their families;">
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive strengths-based practice and culture within our organization.">

Salary: £45,734 per annum (dependent on experience)
