About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Occupational Health Lead to join our multidisciplinary team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting opportunity is for a full-time position, where you will play a pivotal role in providing site-based and trust-wide occupational health services.

\

In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive assessments of clients with diverse or complex presentations. Utilizing your exceptional clinical reasoning skills, you will provide health advice to management for potential staff following an offer of employment. Additionally, you will develop client-centered objectives and plans, recommending the best course of intervention.

\

The successful candidate will possess significant post-registration experience in occupational health within the NHS, with a strong track record of effective management of change. They will also have experience in training and facilitating staff development, as well as people management.

About the Salary

\
