The Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Advisor.
Main Duties of the JobThe successful candidate will guide, educate, and support staff members in improving their physical and mental health by developing knowledge, skills, and confidence to change health-related behaviours, ultimately enhancing their overall quality of life.
This role involves working to reduce health inequalities and developing health information in various ways to ensure staff have a comprehensive understanding of good health and healthy lifestyles.
