**Job Description**
We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Assistant to join our Wellness Team at Kcare Health. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health.
You will work closely with mental health professionals, focusing on recovery principles and ensuring people take up annual health checks. Your role will involve referring onto specialist services when necessary and actively supporting and liaising with other health and social care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support team members and leaders in achieving team goals
- Work independently to ensure individuals receive appropriate care
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and colleagues
- Contribute to a supportive team environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with severe and enduring mental health
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
