We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Temporary Staff Liaison Specialist to join our team at CMT Learning - Euro Sports Camps - Sports Tours Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating the staff database, ensuring all summer staff have completed necessary checks, training courses, references, and contracts.

You will also oversee the onboarding process for all temporary staff, ensuring they are fully prepared and ready to start before their start date.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  2. Oversee the onboarding process for temporary staff
  3. Coordinate staff kit requirements
