About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Asset Management Programme. The successful candidate will have experience in managing asset management functions, particularly options appraisals and asset portfolio reviews.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of options appraisal systems and processes, as well as a good understanding of investment values within the context of real estate projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the Programme Manager in the successful delivery of the programme, completing full line management responsibility for the Project Coordinator and Technical Administrator, and undertaking detailed options appraisals on poorly performing assets.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the programme activity, including analysis of routes to market to ensure the best financial outcome within the project timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Programme Manager in the successful delivery of the programme
  • Complete full line management responsibility for the Project Coordinator and Technical Administrator
  • Undertake detailed options appraisals on poorly performing assets
  • Manage the programme activity, including analysis of routes to market
  • Work with key stakeholders to effectively deliver ambitious targets
  • Produce comprehensive analysis of the programme delivery and forecasting future trends

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who has a strong understanding of asset management functions and options appraisal systems.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of investment values within the context of real estate projects and be able to demonstrate their project management experience.

The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively with key stakeholders and produce comprehensive analysis of the programme delivery.
