Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the programme repositories are maintained and document management standards are adhered to.
  2. Provide relevant inputs into project reporting, as well as ad-hoc reporting requests.
  3. Assist in the creation of dashboards to support management policy making using Smartsheet, Power BI, and additional Project tools.
  4. Support programme governance, reporting, and communications.
  5. Support RAID items Management and facilitate the Risks reviews with the leadership team.
  6. Set up sheets, trackers, reports, metrics, and dashboards in Smartsheet for the project.
  7. Support the PMO Planner in roll-up and analysis of the Program level plan if required.
  8. Perform Quality Checks between RICEFWU Log and Design Authority Log as errors can impact the scope of the project.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience of working on a global business project and/or transformation programme.
  2. Experience of using Smart Sheets, Power BI, and Sharepoint would be desirable.
  3. Have attained or working towards Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner.
  4. Positive relationship building skills.
  5. High MS office skills across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Ability and experience of working to tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
