Care Home Senior Lead Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Home Senior Lead to join our team. As a Senior Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager to oversee the delivery of care and support to our residents, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Work closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum
