Documentation Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team in Inverness. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the quality and compliance of CAD/BIM information output.
About the Role- Manage BIM and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project documentation with attention to detail and precision.
- Develop and improve document control procedures to meet company standards.
- Evaluate and ensure site and office documentation aligns with client requirements and industry standards.
- Analyze data using PowerBI Dashboards to identify non-compliance on ACC projects.
- Create BIM Execution Plans to drive project success.
- Prior experience in administrative roles is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Effective communication skills for face-to-face and telephone interactions.
- Familiarity with the BIM process is advantageous.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
