Role Overview

The successful candidate will assist the Site Agent in managing various aspects of the construction project, including coordinating subcontractors, supervising work packages, and ensuring construction activities are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Site Agent in planning and coordinating on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource management, and subcontractor supervision.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery of work packages.
  • Monitor progress against project milestones and budgets, addressing any deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation in compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers competitive salary and benefits package, including healthcare, pension, and opportunities for career advancement. The estimated salary range for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
