Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and collect vending machines from clients' sites, ensuring they are clean and fault-free.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as filter changes and liquid dilution adaptations.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on vending machines.
  • Install new vending machines at clients' sites.
  • Provide technical support to clients over the phone and via email.
  • Complete first-line maintenance support for vending machines.
  • Report any issues or service tasks to head office.
  • Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
  • Support the BMR team with client events.
Requirements
  • A full clean driving license.
  • Ability to converse with customers and suppliers clearly and politely.
  • An engineering background is preferred.
  • Presentable with an air of confidence.
  • Availability to travel around the UK.
  • Physically able to lift and move machines.
  • Happy to work alone, although there is a team that can be contacted.
