We are seeking a skilled Logistics/ Warehouse Merchandiser to join our team at Manpower UK - RISE. This role involves managing goods in and out, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch goods efficiently to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock takes and record-keeping.
  • Organise concession dispatching and returns, ensuring timely and correct processing.
  • Contribute to weekly feedback on shipping performance, offering insights for improvements.
  • Maintain a high standard of picking and packing tasks, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and organised to support a smooth work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards teamwork and communication.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling stock and equipment safely.
