About the Opportunity
">Join our team as a Medical Services Coordinator and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care in the Cardio-respiratory Department. You will provide administrative support, manage patient appointments, and work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities
">- Managing patient appointments, including making and altering bookings as needed
- Supporting the physiologists in their work, including prioritizing patients and assisting with queries
- Dealing with patient enquiries, answering the telephone, and taking messages
