We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Network Expansion team as a Build Support Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of build projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage build projects from planning to completion, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all support and administration queries related to build projects.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Provide clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing, to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer delivery and quality.
  • Basic understanding of relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Ability to think logically and critically, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
