Programme Coordinator

Orri is a pioneering healthcare organization dedicated to revolutionizing the treatment of eating disorders in the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Clinical and Admissions teams to ensure seamless treatment planning and client onboarding.
  • Manage private medical insurance applications, ensuring timely approval and payment.
  • Coordinate client treatment review meetings, ensuring relevant documentation is available.
  • Proactively update systems with meeting review dates, liaising with clients to provide details and diary invites.
  • Work closely with the Clinical team to schedule appointments, track attendance, and maintain administrative compliance.
  • Prepare and send emails and letters to clients, informing them of admission details and support with billing.
  • Update client waiting list times and respond to emails from clients, admissions, and finance team members to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Flag absences or changes to treatment plans with the finance and clinical teams, updating relevant systems accordingly.
  • Compile and update client personal details on our database, creating files for new clients and supporting the admissions team in requesting notes from other services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, dealing with day-to-day enquiries in a courteous and supportive manner.
  • Organize and prioritize assignments to complete work efficiently, adapting to changes in workload or assignments.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with a senior team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong diary management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred.
