About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Coordinator to join our Project and Product Management Team. As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a vital role in setting up mechanisms for tech project tracking, working closely with a team of Programme and Product Managers to coordinate the collection and implementation of requirements, and monitoring project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality.

About the Team

Our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is a diverse and dynamic group that plays a central role in our success. We use air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, to help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Set up and maintain project tracking mechanisms to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  2. Work closely with Programme and Product Managers to coordinate the collection and implementation of requirements.
  3. Monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  4. Retrieve and analyse data using Excel, Access, SQL, or other data management systems.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  3. Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  4. Experience with product or programme management, business development, or technology experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  2. Experience working across functional teams and stakeholders.
