Key Responsibilities- Payroll Operations: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our HR teams, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
- Pension Administration: Administer pensions for existing members and scheme leavers in accordance with NHS and company Pension Scheme regulations.
- Pay Queries: Address pay queries, including sick pay entitlement, unpaid leave, and casuals.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and rectify causes of inaccurate pay, working with HR Advisors and line managers.
- Reporting: Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective payroll reports.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and numerical skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) with excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Proven IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Attention to detail as s/he will manage data
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and adaptable to changing demands
- Good knowledge of HR processes and Pension schemes
- Excellent numerical ability and communication skills
