About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Services Team Leader to join our team at Waterlees Supported Living service. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising a group of staff, auditing records, ensuring safe staffing levels, arranging training, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.
  • Audit and review records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Ensure safe staffing levels and manage rotas to meet the needs of the service.
  • Arrange training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the service is delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and participate in a management rota that incorporates working weekends and bank holidays.
  • Experience of supervising and supporting staff in a care setting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in care delivery.
